Having heard so many good comments about this LawnMaster CLMF2434G cordless mower and how great the support offered by LawnMaster is, I decided to give this mower a try myself. Once my LawnMaster was delivered I was keen to get out and see just how good this very reasonably priced mower really is. On top of this, the rear roller provided for greater stability, which coupled with the larger rear wheels gave me a mower that was easy to manoeuvre. As you can see from my video, the cut quality is excellent and this mower never really struggled when the going got tough. The sensor detected that it needed more power on the longer grass and the brushless motor obliged by stepping up the power. The air flow through the hybrid grass collection box is also very good and there are no issues with efficient collection of the grass cuttings. OUTSTANDING RESULTS: The edge combs means you can cut close to walls and patios reducing the need for trimming, and the integrated rear roller helps you achieve a precise, professional striped finish on your lawn. It’s perfect for those of you with a slightly bigger garden up to around 450m² but there are smaller versions available, so you don’t need to miss out if you have a smaller lawn. Conclusion

If you’ve got a small to medium sized garden, then the last thing you want is a ginormous petrol lawn mower cluttering up the shed. For the most part, cordless is the best option here and I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried out the LawnMaster cordless lawn mower that is bursting with exciting features. When you consider the budget price of this mower compared with everything that is included, it isn’t difficult to see why this is such excellent value for money. What’s more, these batteries can be power shared across a selection of other 24v tools in the LawnMaster range. This is ideal for those who already have compatible tools or are looking to start a collection. With Samsung cells, you can feel confident that this isn’t a battery that is going to let you down. Being a push mower, you will need to exert a little more strength than when using a self-propelled model. However, it’s pretty lightweight so not something that I found to be an issue even when the grass collection box was full. I used this cordless mower for the first Spring cut of the season, so the lawn was longer than usual and not in the best condition. The LawnMaster mower performed really well despite the conditions.Lugging a heavy lawn mower around the garden is the bane of most peoples lives, but since this one weighs just 11.4kg, you won’t feel like you’ve just done an intense workout after carrying it from one side of the garden to the other. What’s more, it comes with a carry handle to make life even easier! The larger rear wheels also help with grip and manoeuvrability whist mowing. The front wheels are 14cm and the rear 17cm. You can see from my video above the results the rear roller will produce, and I think you will agree they look great. I would say that the LawnMaster 41cm cordless mower is an ideal choice for people who want something versatile, easy to use and is great value for money. It’s got more than enough features to allow you to create a professional finish without having to have the knowledge of a pro landscape gardener.

The LawnMaster cordless mower comes with a 42 litre grass collection bag. I should point out that I have seen larger grass bags on mowers of this size, but it’s certainly not too small. It’s made from fabric so that means better airflow which compacts the clippings so that you don’t have to empty as often. What’s more, the design means that the grass bag will fold down making it much easier to store, if you’re pushed for space. There are 6 cutting heights available that range from 22mm to 72mm and the mower boasts a rear roller and two year manufacturer’s warranty.
