The anime-remade episode has this too, and is more outrageous, where Megumi goes to the length of clinging onto Keichii and fighting over him with Skuld, Urd and Peorth who also fell victim to the effect of the potion. Maiku does have a hard time not having sex with either of them in the Beach Episode (complete with imagining them naked, though admitedly chibified) and has to resort to leaving the room to contain his libido. Knowing one is definitely his sister doesn't stop him from wanting them BOTH.

The first of the “Censored Eleven.” I wish boats and other large vehicles would start moving like humans in animation again. There’s something inherently funny about a loose-limbed steamship. Same thing with dancing skeletons. Characters named Uncle Tom, not so much. For some reason, Kaori Yuki decided to reveal in the end that Magnificent Bastard Alexis was actually manipulated by his much more evil sister Augusta because...she was just that evil, apparently. Yeah, evil enough to seduce her brother into impregnating her and then spend the next twelve years catatonic in an asylum before killing herself just to traumatize the kid. According to her ghost, at least. A manga-based post-apocalyptic film, ‘Akira’ is set in 2019 when Tokyo is replaced with a futuristic Neo-Tokyo following the Third World War of 1988. Tetsuo Shima, a gang member of the feared gang known as The Capsules, inadvertently crashes his bike into Takashi, an escapee psychic who’s on the run from a government research lab that’s researching psionics. After the accident, Tetsuo acquires psionic and telekinetic abilities and a whole lot of Government institutions start looking for him. Akira was an erstwhile powerful psychic apparently responsible for the destruction of Tokyo and it is revealed that Tetsuo’s powers and abilities are somewhat similar. Tetsuo, unable to control his powers and while on the run from rival gangs, government and others, transforms into a singularity which engulfs most of his adversaries. The remaining espers then decide to awaken Akira who forms an even bigger mass of singularity, teleporting Tetsuo to another dimension. One of the towering giants of modern anime, ‘Akira’ is gory, violent and extremely energetic, that would make you draw yourself towards it. Easily, one of the best-animated adult movies of all time.

The following may also qualify, although they're not as universal as the above in their application: Delphine from Last Exile has a similar fascination with her brother Dio. And Dio fears her to death, with good reason — the gal's completely crazy, and not in a good way. Knight said the limited six-part series has been a "delight" to work on, adding: "I chose Great Expectations as the next work to bring to the screen not just because of the timeless characters, but also because of the very timely story.This is a plot point in Kagihime Monogatari Eikyuu Alice Rondo. The main characters are a boy named Aruto, his love interest Arisu, and his little sister with a very obvious crush on him, Kiraha. It is revealed later that Arisu isn't real, and Aruto made her up because he couldn't deal with his incestual feelings for Kiraha.
