About this deal

First, it does not contain artificial sweeteners, flavorings, colors, or dyes and is high in protein. Magic Cereal attempts to change that. These cereals contain no more than four carbs per serving and have no added sugar. Each serving has around 13 grams of protein to help you feel as if you just had a big breakfast.

Iron: 10% of your daily needs, much lower than the typical 25% of the daily value in other cereals.Magic Spoon is a keto-friendly, higher-protein cereal for those seeking a healthier, more filling, sweetened option.

Diabetic Kitchen makes cereals for diabetics who cannot have much sugar. The cereals come in two flavors: Cinnamon Pecan and Almond Butter. Both mix the flavors that you love with granola. Many people do not get enough protein with breakfast, and research shows having more protein in the morning can reduce appetite and increase satiety. ( 7) Fortified cereal is often an easy way to get in more vitamins and minerals that you wouldn’t get in otherwise, so this is a definite negative for Magic Spoon. With this flavor, one serving gives you five net carbs and 13 grams of protein. I would say that’s a healthy dosage to have for your early morning. So, if you like a bit of the sweet stuff in the morning this is my recommendation of choice. Who Do I Recommend This For?Magic Spoon has 13 grams of protein per serving, an impressive amount considering that even eating two tablespoons of peanut butter gives only 8 grams of protein; compare this to the maybe 1-3 grams of protein per serving in traditional sugar cereals if you want to be even more impressed. What Ingredients Are in Magic Spoon Cereal? While its protein content and overall ingredient profile are pretty solid, I don’t feel Magic Spoon is worth the cost. Oil Blend: It includes high-oleic sunflower oil, avocado oil, and peanut oil. Monounsaturated fats are healthy fats, which Magic Spoon uses to replace trans fats and saturated fats.

More research is still needed to confirm this, but it is still a good idea to avoid anything artificial whenever possible. Fruity: Decent taste, very sweet, likely attributed to the allulose present. It tasted a little too sweet, though, in my opinion, and sort of artificial. I only tried a small amount of each flavor, probably only around 1/4 cup total, and I felt extremely bloated within minutes after eating it. This lasted for about 2 hours. Magicspoon cereals are basically sugar free, but taste like normal, over the counter cereal. Yes, it's expensive, but it fully replaces my favorites. Fruity is Fruit Loops. Frosted is like Frosted Cheerios in shape and flavor profile, but it's better by a mile. The new Blueberry is the best thing I've had in years. Cinnamon is strong and reminds me of a less sweet Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I don't like the Choco and Peanut Butter alone, but those two mixed is actually awesome! Customers report that their cereal tastes good and was almost identical to their brand-name counterparts. They also state how they loved that the cereal provided them with a healthier alternative.

The fact that they made a tasty alternative to every adult’s favorite childhood cereals that is so healthy is a gamechanger for all cereal-lovers everywhere. Let’s look closer at the ingredients in their cereals that make the flavor and taste possible. The taste is good, better than I would have expected. As someone who has never been the biggest fan of fruitier cereals, I have to say it’s far from the worst I’ve ever had.
