About this deal

Aeldari warriors emulate the various warlike aspects of Khaela Mensha Khaine in battle, but each Craftworld holds a terrible secret in its heart. There is a chamber which contains an Avatar of Khaine, a molten metal statue which contains a still-living shard of the defeated warrior god. In times of war, this shard is awakened and set aflame. This colossus of battle bestrides the battlefield, a living god that scythes down its foes by the score. Wraithlord Bury your foes in a relentless tide of claws with the Onslaught Swarm, one of the most terrifying assemblages of Tyranid monstrosities ever stuffed into a box. A massive Norn Emissary joins up with a Winged Hive Tyrant – which can also be built as a ground bound Hive Tyrant or Swarmlord – to lead a tide of 20 leaping, scything Hormagaunts and 10 ravening Genestealers, with a pair of Ripper Swarms to boot. The savings are also the lowest of the lot, averaging out at 30%. Regardless, it’s a great start for those wanting to start a Slaves army, netting you 960 points instantly. Slaves to Darkness – Warhorde of Eternus Contents

Killdakka, what a wonderful word to say out loud… Ork speech is poetry when you think about it. This box includes 20 Boyz, plus a Deffkilla Wartrike, your choice of Orky aeroplane, and a Big Mek. That’s lots of kill, and indeed dakka. Five speedy Pteraxii, five stealthy Ruststalkers, and three Serberys Raiders make up the core of this battleforce, supported by the Ironstrider Ballistarii’s powerful cognis lascannons. Behind them marches a unit of 10 Skitarii Rangers and their Tech-priest Manipulus commander, ready to examine whatever it is that the Talon has recovered. A Psychomancer cryptek leads the force, with a unit of 10 Necron Warriors and three Scarab Swarms making up the durable centre. The real killing work falls to a Lokhust Heavy Destroyer, three Ophydian Destroyers, five Flayed Ones, and two huge Canoptek Doomstalkers. Many of these units recently received the CORE keyword as part of the Balance Dataslate, and enjoy a new lease of life.”Then there’s the Crusade section, which is a cool way to grow and develop your army as you play games, as units earn experience and gain new skills and armaments. Tell epic stories of conflict and triumph as you blood a force of fresh troops and mould them into hardened veterans armed with legendary relics of war. On the surface, Orks lore is really simple. Orks spend most of their time fighting one another, the winners growing larger and claiming ever larger territories. Specialists such as the Mekaniaks, who are born with an innate understanding of technology, or the Painboys, who provide Ork ‘medicine’, allow the Ork species to conquer whole worlds, then solar systems, then sectors. As snow begins to fall and friends gather to exchange gifts, who better to loot an enticing bounty of presents than the Beast Snaggas? These green-hued big game hunters are ready to scrap, led by legendary everything-killer Mozrog Skragbad – who can be built as a standard Beastboss on Squigosaur, if you prefer – at the head of three Squighog Boyz and a Nob on Smasha Squig. They’re joined by a Painboss medic and a mob of 10 Beast Snagga Boyz, who mount up in a psyker-strapped Kill Rig – which can alternatively be built as a Hunta Rig and a psychic Wurrboy on foot – to keep up with the cavalry for a jolly old winter punch-up. Lastly, there will be two more boxes, one for the Imperial Guard, that will supposedly have 2 Rogal Dorn tanks, infantry, and more! Which would make this box the best value we’ve seen in a long time. The Plaguefester Warband is the definitive image of an unstoppable Death Guard army, with a Champion and Icon Bearer leading seven Plague Marines and three Deathshroud Terminators. Three Myphitic Blight-haulers and a Plagueburst Crawler cover their march, crushing resistance with the hellish firepower these war engines are feared for.

Yellowest of yellow Space Marines, thestalwart sons of Rogal Dorn (the primarch, not the Imperial Guard’s Rogal Dorn Battle Tank) get a total of 19 models in their Imperial Fists Bastion Strike Force box– namely:

Thousand Sons – Court of the Crimson King

All six of these battleforces are coming this December, so stay tuned to Warhammer Community for more details. “ Warhammer Community

Good old Angry Ron is the star of this set, and will have no doubt drawn a lot of eyes – much like last year’s Mortarion and Magnus Battleforce boxes. Angron himself is most of the box’s value gobbled up – you basically get the 6 Eightbound for free. Oh, and all these models are fresh sculpts from early this year. I just think it speaks for itself. Now, just because I am biased towards anything that resembles a dinosaur, we’ll start with the Seraphon formerly known as the Lizardmen. All these miniatures are brand new sculpts, all released earlier in the year, much needed updates on 30 year old sculpts.

Add a little more finesse to your slaughter with the Sybarite Blade-Carnival, which collects a cavalcade of elite Slaanesh Mortals in one place. When these peerless warriors aren’t preening, they’re a surgical strike force comprising 30 miniatures – perfect for tearing reality in two and summoning gaggles of Daemonettes. It’s time to save, as GW just revealed the six new 2023 Warhammer 40k Christmas Battleforces and what every box will contain! A few forward-thinking groups of Aeldari managed to avoid the Fall, building vast spaceships called Craftworlds and escaping their increasingly debased kin. Known as the Asuryani, these refugees have lived a precarious existence in the millennia since the coming of Slaanesh, preserving a more austere way of life and guarding against another calamity. A fairly varied mix of Adeptus Mechanicus units that looks like a solid starter army out of the box, the Adeptus Mechanicus Elimination Maniple Battleforce comes with 20 models total, including:The latest on the new 2023 Warhammer 40k Christmas Battleforces boxes comes from Warhammer Community. It’s time to get a little bit spooky with the best valued box of the lot – the Ossiarch Bonereapers Praetorian Spearhead. This box by far has the largest discount of 41% average, on par with the 40K Battleforces. It has an eclectic mix of lots of infantry and big unit models, as well as cavalry – I can see this one being the most popular Sigmar box. Finally, we have the archetypal Death faction, the Soulblight Gravelords. This box contains the most miniatures of the lot, most of them skeletons and wolves. As far as I am aware, these are all newish models too, from the last couple of years. In terms of savings, we’re talking on the lower side here with 30% all around. Still, it’s a lot of miniatures to start a decent force with, 990 points worth. Soulblight Gravelords – Vengorian Court Contents This box has a lot of leftovers (sort of) from the Leviathan box, but if you want a Norn Emissary and a Winged Hive Tyrant, this will probably save you a bunch of money. Exalted of the Red Angel – World Eaters The10th editiondatasheet for Ghazghkhull reinforces his role as the Prophet of the Waagh.‘Ghazghkhull’s Waaagh! Banner’ is the big icon carried Makari, and it’s a totem of Ghaz’s supremacy as an Ork warlord.
