Lottie’s Lancastrian great-grandmother was a “fervent” cake-baker. Because of this, Lottie also believes that baking is in her blood, which she proved over time as she became more refined than before. Lottie, the Cranford House Alumni also graduated from the University of Exeter in 2013. Thereafter, she went on to work for companies like the Hampstead Theatre and Escape Hunt National.
