About this deal

The best way I can describe this is an eau de cologne trying to be a fougere, and failing miserably. As the previous commenter said, the opening does smell like a professional perfumer, recreated lemon pledge with all-natural oils.

Considering it is over 100 years old it still remains as modern and discreet as the day it was created. Blenheim Bouquet is discreet, sensual and immaculately turned out with a flash of heritage flourish.Nevertheless, I’m still in my late twenties and thoroughly enjoy it so it can be worn when younger as long as you have the attitude to go with it. I don't mind such herbalness per se, but the dry acridness of this mix could be confused with BO because nobody who encounters you will be expecting you to smell like Italian Seasonings. So I was very glad that the top notes seemed to die down quite soon after applying, revealing the beautifully elegant and masculine pine and pepper undertones, with the citrus remaining very subtly in the background. Very nice, fresh scent, but I like my fresh scents to be a bit more complex OR have good performance OR be cheapies. I would look forward to rubbing it all over my chest, because when I did, invariably I would think that at least something was beautiful.

A timelessly classic citrus aromatic men's fragrance created for the Duke of Marlborough and first released in 1902. Do yourself a favour - kindly read the review of Blenheim Bouquet on Fragrantica by le mouchoir de monsieur. This purely addictive combination is fresh, warm and persistent, halfway between the worlds of perfumery and aromatherapy. The idea of light spritzy citrus scents (of the type I love) just wasn't something a man would wear. Fresh lemons are accompanied by crisp lime and soft bergamot for a well-rounded and complex opening.

I can’t give a very accurate description of the scent itself because I don’t wear it but I do think it’s a really good one. We want to share our passion for niche products, from perfumes to cosmetics, and we want to be helpful in answering all of your questions, guiding you on a journey of beauty, and allowing you to find a one-of-a-kind niche experience. and Penhaligon's are never usually shy on the lavender front, not with their perfumes i have with that note.

I was often writing creative stories with old school pencils and being paid to clean my parents' once gigantic bathroom that had nice candles and a roomy bathtub I liked to spend time in. I do apologise if this is a useless review, since clearly its 'just not for me' and a high quality fragrance. It’s honestly like Blenheim Bouquet is a woodsy freshie for the first ten minutes, and then morphs into a completely different fragrance. The lavender gives it a floral aroma and the musk reinforces its hold so that it accompanies us throughout the day.

The fragrance takes me to a woodland of a morning with a cool breeze, surrounded by pine trees of which very prominent to me in this fragrance.Nevertheless, those that did pick out this parallel often preferred Blenheim Bouquet over eau de cologne as it feels like a fresher and more uplifting take on the softer iterations such as 4711. Please read the full reviews and consider your own needs and preferences before making a purchasing decision. The result of that combination is that you get an accord not dissimilar to when you wipe down your spice rack. It is a very nice smelling fragrance with an initial strong lemon that turns to a pepper smell that is very nice too. In that sense, Penhaligon's deserve some respect for keeping one of the company's earliest perfumes going in spite of its scent profile.
