I honestly wouldn't pick out boozy notes on my own but I do get an oak-barrel-aged effect from this similar to a rum or whiskey that has been aged 12 years as opposed to 3 years. Which is great taking into consideration that it lasts and projects pretty well for about 10-14 hours!I currently own BOTH(this one and the Intense)in my collection and although I personally prefer the Intense a lot of the times over this one.

This is clean, powdery, decent amount of florals and sweetness, but at the same time does not loose the masculine tone. This scent is right-in-your-face during a day in an office and that can get you comments or people will just start to open a window after you've left.Saying this, either of them is not everyones cup of tea, so if you are skeptical of the DNA then I reckon BFM is a safer choice. At eye level with the Dark Rebel safe, 1881 Signature is a little better and leatherier than those two if you ask me.
