The gazebo arrived in good condition, with all of the necessary parts and even a few additional screws and bolts. The sell had me take photos of all the parts we have and let them know exactly what was missing after a few weeks of back and forth communication they finally decided to just send me a new box.Backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty and available in a choice of sizes, this gazebo is straightforward to assemble and maintenance free. Perhaps it should be stated more forcefully in the preface that 3-4 persons are required for safe assembly and that the assembly would take 1. Finally finished my build, very happy with the result, brings a bit of class to the garden, easy instructions and straight forward to do.
