It’s easy to be self-conscious and worried about what others may think of you, which can then affect your self-esteem. I love this book as it is not only helpful to my kids but the way it is presented is quite entertaining.

The skills in this module are related to interacting with others, especially in difficult or potentially damaging situations. The Function of Emotion Regulation worksheet helps you to identify the function of an emotional reaction you have had over the last week. V. is approved by the American Psychological Association and the Association of Social Work Boards to offer continuing education certification for psychologists and social workers. I think it's probably best suited for those who are working with a psychiatrist on their issues and have serious emotional issues.I know beginning clinicians in particular will be grateful to have a systematic way to approach these slow to warm up clients who are difficult to establish rapport with.
